Our Clean Gas oxygen analyzers are a series of zirconia-based analyzers for measuring the oxygen concentration of gas mixtures and blanket gases. The zirconia sensor rapidly responds to changes in moisture concentration from % levels down to single digit parts per million. The wide analytical range and rapid speed of response makes these products ideal for monitoring chambers that must be purged to exclude oxygen such as those in many semiconductor and heat treating processes. Zirconia technology is not suitable for monitoring samples containing combustible gases such as hydrocarbons.
